REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
This Policy complies with relevant provisions of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
Events, Workshops & Live Experiences
All event and workshop tickets are strictly non-refundable.
However:

Tickets may be transferred to another person if requested in writing at least 48 hours before the event

No transfers will be allowed after this period
If an event is cancelled by Your Next Level:

You will be offered a refund, credit, or transfer option

We are not liable for travel, accommodation, or external costs
Digital Products & Online Courses
Due to immediate access being granted:

All digital products are non-refundable once access is delivered
-
This includes courses, downloads, templates, recordings, and memberships
By purchasing, you consent to immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge waiver of cooling-off rights where applicable.
Coaching & Mentorship Services

Coaching is non-refundable once the first session has taken place

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice

Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited
Client Cancellations
Where a client requests cancellation:

Requests must be submitted in writing via email

Refund eligibility depends on stage of delivery and service type

Approved refunds will exclude non-recoverable third-party fees where applicable
Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days

Processing times may vary depending on banks or payment providers

We are not responsible for third-party delays
