Refund and Cancellation Policy

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Policy complies with relevant provisions of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

 

Events, Workshops & Live Experiences

All event and workshop tickets are strictly non-refundable.

However:

  • Tickets may be transferred to another person if requested in writing at least 48 hours before the event

  • No transfers will be allowed after this period

If an event is cancelled by Your Next Level:

  • You will be offered a refund, credit, or transfer option

  • We are not liable for travel, accommodation, or external costs

 

Digital Products & Online Courses

Due to immediate access being granted:

  • All digital products are non-refundable once access is delivered

  • This includes courses, downloads, templates, recordings, and memberships

By purchasing, you consent to immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge waiver of cooling-off rights where applicable.

 

Coaching & Mentorship Services

  • Coaching is non-refundable once the first session has taken place

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice

  • Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited

 

Client Cancellations

Where a client requests cancellation:

  • Requests must be submitted in writing via email

  • Refund eligibility depends on stage of delivery and service type

  • Approved refunds will exclude non-recoverable third-party fees where applicable

 

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days

  • Processing times may vary depending on banks or payment providers

  • We are not responsible for third-party delays

 

POPIA Compliance (Refund Context)

Any personal information shared for transactions or refunds will be processed strictly for:

  • Contract fulfilment

  • Financial reconciliation

  • Legal compliance

We do not retain unnecessary financial data beyond required periods.
