We’re honoured to welcome Cherith Wareley, a visionary founder, educator, and changemaker, to lead this transformative session.

Based in Cape Town, Cherith is the founder of Digitisd, a tech-for-good platform reimagining teacher development in South Africa. With six years of classroom experience and a Master’s in Computer-Integrated Education underway, she is deeply committed to making technology meaningful and accessible.

An Honours graduate from UWC, Cherith’s work reflects her passion for equity, access, and educator wellbeing, particularly in under-resourced communities. She also mentors aspiring teachers, empowering them to step into their roles as confident, community-driven leaders.

Her impact has been recognised by WomHub, RLabs, Tech in Heels, and the International Alliance of Women, and she currently leads a national LMS pilot with Teach the Nation.
